Job summary

Kyverna Therapeutics seeks a seasoned Head of Information Technology to shape our technology strategy as we move from development-stage biotech to commercial operations. Located in Emeryville, CA with hybrid or west-coast remote hours, you will oversee enterprise applications, cybersecurity, data governance, and IT operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, CS, engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience in biotech or pharma is a must.
• Experience building and scaling tech org through commercial launch and rapid growth.
• Experience leading enterprise app implementation and integration (ERP, CRM, data, and corporate systems).

Responsibilities

• Define and lead multi-year technology roadmap aligned with commercialization strategy.
• Serve as senior advisor on technology investments and risk.
• Establish governance and operating models to support scale.
• Lead IT strategy for transition to commercial operations, including launch readiness.
• Deploy commercial systems (CRM, analytics, omnichannel tools) and enable field operations.
• Ensure integration of commercial platforms with ERP and finance systems.
• Own enterprise application strategy, implementation and lifecycle management.
• Oversee data governance, master data management, and enterprise reporting.
• Lead cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance programs.
• Oversee validation for GxP systems and regulated environments.
• Lead IT services, infrastructure, and global service delivery.
• Develop leaders and foster accountability, innovation, and service excellence.
• Oversee vendor management and IT budgets.
