This hands‑on, high‑ownership role blends strategic counsel with content creation—drafting press releases, investor decks, earnings materials, and coordinating earnings calls—while scaling the function as the pipeline advances.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of progressive IR/communications experience in biotech/pharma.
• Strategist and doer; drafts releases, decks, and manages logistics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for scientific/financial audiences.
• Knowledge of SEC reporting, Reg FD and public company rules.
• Established relationships with institutional investors and analysts.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Legal, Clinical, and leadership.

Aufgaben

• Lead IR strategy and communicate science/vision to investors.
• Draft and manage press releases, earnings materials, investor presentations, scripts.
• Serve as primary contact for investors and analysts, building trust.
• Own corporate communications including media relations and digital channels.
• Plan investor conferences and roadshows; handle materials and messaging.
• Coordinate with Finance and Legal for SEC disclosures and Reg FD compliance.
• Monitor research and sentiment; advise leadership with insights.
• Maintain IR calendar and ensure timely news aligned with milestones.
• Manage external agencies; scale IR processes; potential team lead.
