This senior role reports directly to the CFO, engaging closely with the CEO and Board, and entails managing the entire investor lifecycle and shaping the company’s narrative to capital allocators.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of relevant experience in investor relations, investment banking, or corporate development.
• Strong network across institutional investors, VC, or investment banking.
• Engagement with sophisticated institutional investors across various asset classes.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the investor relations function.
• Develop and maintain investor materials and presentations.
• Manage communications and relationships with existing investors.
