BCG Attorney Search is seeking an Intellectual Property - Technology Transactions Associate in San Francisco to support life sciences and technology clients. You will work on complex licensing and collaboration agreements and negotiate sophisticated deals.

The role requires a JD and 2–4 years of licensing and commercial partnering experience, with a preference for biotech/pharma clients and CA-bar eligibility or readiness to waive into the next bar exam. Strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• JD required.
• 2–4 years of licensing & commercial partnering transactions experience.
• Biotech/pharma client experience preferred.
• Bar admission in the state of the office location or eligibility to sit/waive into the next bar exam.
• Excellent communication skills.
