Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or sciences.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in biotech, capital markets, investor relations, FP&A, communications, or securities analysis.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Detail-oriented with multi-tasking and deadline management.

Responsibilities

• Support collateral development (earnings collateral, press releases, corporate presentations, FAQs, product/pipeline fact sheets).
• Help maintain IR and pipeline websites and create social media content for IR.
• Coordinate investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, and investor events.
• Assist with scheduling investor calls/meetings and meetings with institutional investors.
• Collaborate with external vendors and IR team on outreach programs.
• Maintain CRM and internal background materials for spokespeople.
