Job summary

Allogene Therapeutics seeks a Senior Manager of GxP Learning and Development to design, implement, and oversee the training program. You will align training with regulatory expectations and business goals while supporting career growth, and manage LMS administration across South San Francisco and Newark locations.

Responsibilities include developing training content, partnering with managers to identify needs, and ensuring program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences, Chemistry or Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 8 years in Pharma/Biotech with 2-3 years working with an LMS.
• Strong knowledge of GxP, training processes and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and oversee the training program to drive compliance and career growth.
• Develop technical and business training materials and programs.
• Administer the Learning Management System and related applications.
