Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive finance experience in pharma/biotech.

• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and planning.
• Experience with consolidation systems and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of Adaptive Insights, D365 and Coupa is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enhance FP&A processes and automation to improve accuracy.
• Own development and delivery of consolidated financial reports and dashboards.
• Partner with Head of BP&A on executive presentations.
• Support monthly closes and long‑range planning.
• Ensure data integrity across systems.
• Model scenarios and analyze investment decisions.
