Responsibilities

• Advocate for BIO and the biotechnology industry on appropriations issues with Congress.
• Develop bipartisan political strategies and outreach plans with internal teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with member companies and Congressional staff.
• Collaborate with BIO departments to inform legislative strategies and objectives.
• Identify opportunities for BIO participation in coalitions and policy initiatives.
