Qualifications

• Statistical analyses experience.
• Experience in biotech companies would be a plus.
• Drug substance manufacturing/technical support would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides engineering support for operation, troubleshooting, optimization, and modification of HVAC, utilities, and facility systems in a regulated pharmaceutical/biotech environment.
• Applies engineering principles to resolve operational issues and support preventive maintenance and capital projects.
• Collaborates with Facilities, Maintenance, Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, EHS, and external engineers to ensure systems operate safely, reliably, and in GMP compliance.
• Acts as a technical expert for processes, equipment, and systems during troubleshooting operations and cross-functional discussions.
• Supervises manufacturing processes for performance indicators and suggests improvements.
