Job summary

Arrowhead is seeking an EHS Senior Specialist to support environmental, health, and safety programs at the Madison facility. The role is on site in Wisconsin and involves developing EHS systems, audits, incident investigations, waste management, and safety training to uphold regulatory standards.

Required are a Bachelor’s in a related field, 5+ years in EHS within biotech/manufacturing, biosafety and chemical safety knowledge, strong training and communication skills, MS Office proficiency, and

Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant safety/environment field.
5+ years of EHS experience in biotech, research or manufacturing.
Strong biosafety and chemical safety knowledge.
Proven training capabilities.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
