Job summary

Rapalogix Health is a biotechnology company pioneering next-gen skin health solutions. We seek a Corporate Counsel to provide hands-on legal support across contracts, IP, governance, and compliance.

The role partners with R&D, Commercial, Finance, and the executive team to drive business while managing risk. The ideal candidate drafts and negotiates high volumes of agreements, offers practical business-minded advice, and knows when to engage outside counsel.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• 5+ years of legal experience in biotech, pharma, life sciences, or consumer health.
• Hands-on experience drafting and negotiating commercial and research agreements.
• Strong business judgment with practical recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of agreements (NDAs, MTAs, MSAs, SOWs, etc.).
• Support partnership, collaboration, and licensing agreements and data-sharing obligations.
• Oversee contract risk, provide recommendations, and coordinate with outside counsel when needed.
• Develop templates, playbooks, and trainings to improve team efficiency.
