Job summary

InduPro is seeking a Contract Project Manager to advance our pipeline from development candidate selection through IND‑enabling studies and beyond. You will drive integrated program plans, manage cross‑functional teams, and partner with external collaborators to meet timelines and budgets.

The role requires deep understanding of biologics development, experience obtaining IND approvals, and strong planning and communication skills in a fast‑paced biotech environment.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive understanding of drug development from preclinical to IND‑enabling stages.
• Experience managing CROs for IND‑enabling activities.
• Budgeting/resource planning and use of PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive integrated program plans from development candidate selection through IND‑enabling activities.
• Facilitate core team and sub‑team meetings to align objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Identify risks, manage trade‑offs, and maintain timelines across cross‑functional teams.
• Coordinate with external partners to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Communicate program status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
