Job summary

EWOR GmbH is launching a new department and seeks exceptional operators and builders to join. You will lead 0-to-1 initiatives in cutting-edge domains such as Biotech, translating vision into concrete roadmaps and rapid production-ready implementations.

Based in Europe or the Americas (or open to relocate/remote arrangements), you will own end-to-end execution with a high-agency mindset and strong English communication, reporting directly to the department founder.

Qualifications

• Based in Europe or the Americas (or open to relocate/remote arrangements).
• High-agency builder mindset with domain expertise and end-to-end ownership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in cutting-edge domains such as Biotech.
• Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps, driving rapid implementation from prototype to production.
• Architect scalable solutions and drive milestones to position the new department for rapid growth and potential spin-off.
