You will architect scalable solutions, position the department for rapid growth and potential spin-off, and collaborate with engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders under the department founder.

Qualifications

• Based in Europe or the Americas (or open to relocate/remote).
• High-agency builder mindset with extreme ownership.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in AI and related domains.
• Translate strategy into concrete execution roadmaps and move from prototype to production.
• Architect scalable solutions and drive milestones for rapid growth or spin-off.
