Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred.
• CPA strongly preferred with GAAP and internal controls knowledge.
• 15+ years in accounting/finance with senior leadership as CFO/VP Finance.
• Biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry experience required.

Aufgaben

• Oversee all financial operations including accounting, FP&A, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury and cash flow management.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with GAAP-compliant reporting.
• Drive budgeting/forecasting processes and analyze variances to improve profitability.
• Establish internal controls and scalable financial processes across the organization.
• Partner with CEO and leadership to translate business objectives into financial plans.
• Support M&A due diligence, integration, and post-acquisition financial alignment.
