Job summary

LabCentral is hiring a Career Readiness Lead who will supervise and deliver workforce development programming in our biotech-focused environment. You will coach participants, run workshops, and engage with employers to create meaningful pathways in biotechnology careers.

You will coordinate logistics, track outcomes, and collaborate with program staff to ensure participant success, equity, and access across LabCentral's Biotech Pathway Programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–3 years in internship/career-readiness programs.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with biotechnology or STEM workforce pathways.
• Experience collecting and tracking program data.

Responsibilities

• Lead career readiness programming workshops.
• Engage with biotechnology employers and workforce partners.
• Coordinate program operations and logistics for workshops and events.
• Track program data and support reporting requirements.
• Support participant recruitment, engagement, and retention.
