Sitting on the Content Marketing team but working with Demand Gen, you will create and refresh assets that move pipeline: product briefs, case studies, white papers, gated guides, and product-focused blog posts. Qualifications

• 4+ years in content marketing or writing, ideally B2B SaaS.
• Strong writing/editing; adapt tone across formats (guides, blogs, recaps).
• Experience with or willingness to learn AI content tools.
• Familiarity with CMS tools and marketing metrics (SEO/GA4).

Responsibilities

• Create/Update product briefs, case studies, and white papers to support GTM & Demand Gen.
• Write persona- and modality-specific content across product lines.
• Support customer story development with Sales/Field stakeholders.
• Write select pieces from scratch, especially product-focused blogs.
• Work with AirOps to generate and refine AI-assisted drafts at scale.
• Write/edit gated best-practice guides for a technical audience.
• Refresh existing web content for SEO performance.
