Amgen's Biostatistics Internship for Summer 2027 offers 10–13 weeks of project work advancing patient-focused research across oncology, nephrology, bone metabolism, cardiovascular, and inflammation. This internship provides the opportunity for executive and social networking events and to participate in community volunteer projects while providing competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a PhD in Biostatistics, Statistics, or Mathematics
• In the process of completing the third year of current program
• Proficiency in SAS or R on either a UNIX or NT platform
• Ability to lead and deliver results in an interactive matrixed environment
• Strong written and oral communication skills, relationship building, and leadership skill

Responsabilités

• Work closely with a senior-level statistician on design and analysis of clinical trials and nonclinical research
• Present the work completed at internship conclusion
• Participate in executive and social networking events and community volunteer projects
