Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Biostatistics Manager to join a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This remote role will guide biostatistical strategy and execution across clinical development programs, partnering with clinical, regulatory, and operations teams to enable rigorous trial design, analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities include leading statistics across trials, mentoring teammates, and optimizing study resources while delivering scientifically robust results for portfolio

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Biostatistics, Statistics, or Mathematics required.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in CRO or pharma industries.
• At least 5 years of project lead experience.
• Proficiency in SAS and R programming.
• Strong client-facing skills and hands-on statistics expertise.

• Lead statistical aspects of clinical trials from study design through final reporting.
• Develop and implement statistical methodologies and analysis plans.
• Deliver high-quality statistical reports to support decision-making.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Biostatistics Mgr to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will lead biostatistical strategy and execution across clinical development programs, with responsibility for ensuring robust study design, analysis, and reporting. You will partner closely with clinical, regulatory, and operational stakeholders to support high-quality decision-making throughout the trial lifecycle. The position also includes guiding team members, optimizing study resources, and helping drive efficient, scientifically rigorous delivery across the portfolio.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
