Ladders is seeking a Senior Manager, Biostatistics to lead biostatistical support for real-world data and real-world evidence studies in a fast-paced research environment. Remote work available with collaboration across vendors, programming teams, and stakeholders to drive credible evidence generation.

You will shape statistical strategy, interpret findings, and contribute to innovative methods for scientific decision-making, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure analysis

Qualifications

• PhD in statistics, biostatistics, or related field with 2 years of relevant experience, or a master's degree with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of statistical methodologies and experimental design.
• Familiarity with relational databases and programming languages such as SQL, R, Python, or SAS.
• Interest in statistical research and innovative methods.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and motivated team player.

Responsibilities

• Develop protocols and statistical analysis plans for RWD/RWE studies.
• Analyze large datasets from claims, registries, and EHR.
• Participate in meetings to ensure high-quality data collection.
• Collaborate with programming staff to ensure analysis readiness.
• Perform analyses, interpret findings, and communicate results.
• Review statistical documents during project phases with external vendors.
• Engage in research for new statistical methods.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Biostatistics to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This remote role will focus on advancing biostatistical support for real-world data and real-world evidence studies in a fast-paced, research-driven environment. The position will partner closely with programming teams, external vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to support high-quality study execution and credible evidence generation. You will help shape statistical strategy, interpret findings, and contribute to the development of innovative methods that support scientific decision-making.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $105,600 – $140,600 annually
