Job summary

Eikon Therapeutics seeks a Manager, Biostatistics to lead statistical efforts in designing, executing, and analyzing clinical trials and experiments. You will guide cross-functional teams, develop SA plans, and mentor statisticians while ensuring regulatory alignment.

The role emphasizes on-site presence at least 3 days/week in Jersey City, NJ, with exposure to cutting-edge biotech methodologies and potential equity benefits.

Qualifications

PhD in statistics, biostatistics, or related field.
Experience leading clinical trial design and analyses.
Proficiency in regulatory guidelines and SAP/TLF content.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design clinical trials and studies using appropriate statistical methods.
Lead development of statistical analysis plans including endpoints and sample sizes.
Perform advanced analyses on complex datasets and draw actionable conclusions.
Mentor biostatisticians and statistical programmers within the team.
Contribute to regulatory submissions with statistical input.
Stay current with trends in biostatistics and their application in biotechnology.
Drive adoption of advanced statistical tools and software.
