Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an Associate Director of Biostatistics to join cross-functional Development teams. You will contribute to trial design, protocol development, analysis planning, interpretation of results, and regulatory submissions across assets and indications.

The role requires extensive experience in biostatistics, collaboration across functions, and leadership in driving high-quality statistical deliverables for drug development programs.

Qualifications

• PhD with 6+ years or MS with 8+ years in statistics/biostatistics.
• Proficiency in SAS, R or Python and advanced statistical analysis.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, writing and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates in design of innovative and efficient clinical trials and contributes to strategy.
• Defends protocols and analysis plans at governance reviews; reviews complex protocols.
• Authors/reviews protocol, SAP, CSRs and other study-level documents.
