Qualifications

• Master's degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, or Mathematics, or related area.
• Three years' experience working in a biomedical environment.
• Ability to organize data and communicate statistical concepts to non-statisticians.
• Ability to write statistical considerations for grant proposals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with biomedical investigators to design sampling, randomization and data collection procedures.
• Designs tables and statistical procedures for specific research studies.
• Monitors and assesses data quality with clinic staff and programmers.
• Writes statistical computer programs and reviews outputs for consistency.
• Analyzes data and prepares tables for interim and final reports.
• Writes the results section of reports or publications.
• Performs other related duties.
