Job summary

Clindata Insight Inc. seeks a Biostatistician to design and build AI-augmented statistical tools for trials, including dashboards and simulations. You will partner with statisticians, programmers, CRAs, and data scientists to shape AI-powered analytical development.

Ideal candidates have PhD/MS/BS in Biostatistics with hands-on trial statistics experience and are proficient in R or Python for simulations and Shiny app development. Daily use of AI coding assistants is expected.

• Design, prototype, and build AI-augmented statistical tools - dashboards, trial simulations, visualizations

• Collaborate with Biostatisticians, Statistical Programmers, CRAs, and Data Scientists on cross-functional initiatives
• Apply statistical methods across trial design, conduct, analysis, and reporting
• Build automated workflows and Shiny apps in R or Python
• Integrate AI coding assistants and agents into daily biostatistics work

What You Bring:

• PhD + 2 yrs, MS + 3 yrs, or BS + 4 yrs in Biostatistics/clinical trials
• Proficient in R or Python: simulations, package/Shiny development, ML/AI use cases
• Hands-on trial statistician experience: design, conduct, analysis, reporting
• Daily AI user; familiar with AI coding assistants and agents
• Current knowledge of statistical methods and drug development practices
• $80-$110/hr 40 hrs/wk. Rate based on level, specific experience, and technical proficiency.
