Job summary

Synagro West Palm Beach is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee the biosolids processing facility. You will lead the Operations and Maintenance Team, drive safety and environmental compliance, and own P&L while coordinating with the client to ensure performance and reliability.

Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance planning, capital project oversight, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Chemical or Mechanical; related experience considered.
• OSHA 30 Certification to be obtained within six months of hire.
• 10+ years of relevant plant experience and 10+ years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Own plant operations and P&L, ensuring safety and environmental compliance.
• Lead Operations and Maintenance Team and coordinate with client and Synagro.
• Plan preventive, predictive, and major capital maintenance and repairs.
• Manage budgets, reporting accuracy, and capital projects.
