Qualifications
- Master's degree in biological science with 3–5 years of biomedical/clinical research experience.
- Doctorate in biological sciences or medicine is strongly preferred and related molecular biology experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Oversee containment facilities for safety and compliance.
- Administer and support biosafety programs and training.
- Review IACUC protocols and IBC registrations.
- Develop emergency response procedures and safety training.
- Investigate injuries and accidents related to biosafety in containment labs.
- Respond to hazardous materials incidents on call and manage select safety measures.
