Job summary

Responsibilities

• Collects, processes, and stores biological specimens according to established protocols and SOPs.
• Maintains accurate records of specimen collection, processing, and storage.
• Ensures specimens are properly labeled and tracked throughout collection and storage.
• Performs quality control checks on specimens to ensure standards are met.
• Maintains laboratory equipment and supplies, and orders new supplies as needed.
• Communicates with laboratory staff and researchers to ensure timely and efficient specimen processing.
