Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a manufacturing associate for the third shift (11pm–7:30am) at our Sanford, NC facility. You will contribute to producing drug substances and ABI, follow GMP, SOPs, and operate standard manufacturing equipment.

A team-based environment and adherence to quality standards are essential. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED with 2+ years of relevant experience, strong communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to work a non-standard schedule.

  • Be responsible for the production of drug substances or active biological ingredients (ABI), assisting in various activities and functions within a manufacturing facility, and ensuring equipment functionality.
  • Support technical operations, maintain housekeeping standards, keep training status current, and assist in the implementation of new technology for process execution and analysis.

Physical / Mental requirements

Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, able to lift/push with assistance from others, able to gown into clean room environments Non-Standard work schedule, travel or environment requirements Position is for 3rd shift 11pm to 0730 am Sunday through Thursday

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $23.40 to $39.01 per hour. In addition, this position offers eligibility for overtime, weekend, holiday and other pay premiums depending on the work schedule and the Company’s policies.
