Responsibilities

• Ensure operation activities are executed on time and according to procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement to gain efficiency.
• Collaborate proactively with Automation, Quality, Vendor, and Facility teams.
• Understand Drug Substance process parameters and recognize issues.
• Escalate Basecamp recipe issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Facilitate communication and information transfer between groups.
