Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Background in bio-processing/biopharmaceutical tech preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Comfort with computer-based systems and automated equipment.
• Physically able to stand 8–10 hours, stairs, lift up to 30 lbs, gowning requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot automated production systems.
• Clean/sterilize equipment and benchtop tools.
• Execute core biomanufacturing activities: cell culture, sampling, harvesting, purification, formulation.
• Prepare media and buffers per production guidelines.
• Maintain cleanroom environments and fixed tank systems per cGMP and safety standards.
• Accurately review process tickets, equipment readings, and calculations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve deviations quickly.
