Lonza Vacaville is seeking a Manufacturing Bioprocess Technician to operate and maintain production systems in a cGMP environment, ensuring inspection readiness and regulatory compliance. This full-time role supports mammalian cell culture production across upstream and downstream steps while handling hazardous materials and using automation to meet production demands.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• AS/BS/BA in Biological Sciences, Physical Sciences, or Engineering preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced, regulated environments.
• Strong attention to detail and flawless documentation practices.
• Ability to determine and implement solutions to process issues.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production systems in a cGMP environment.
• Maintain inventory and process records; ensure safety and environmental protocols.
• Participate in mammalian cell culture production across upstream and downstream steps.
• Dispense components, handle hazardous materials, and clean/sterilize equipment.
• Support Right-First-Time operations with detailed documentation and timely issue resolution.
• Use automation to meet production demands and collaborate with the team.
