Job summary

ABEC is seeking a Process Scientist Intern in Bethlehem, PA to support the Process Science team across bioprocess development, data analysis, and process optimization. You will contribute to project-based work and daily scientific activities, helping with documentation and technical investigations within biopharmaceutical manufacturing.

This internship offers exposure to process evaluations, lab and manufacturing activities, and the opportunity to lead or support up to three meaningful projects

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or Sciences field.
• Self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Process Sciences team on internal and external projects to ensure successful process development, process characterization and scale-up/down execution.
• Prepare protocols for experiment execution, analytical methods, and validation.
• Generate reports related to experiment execution, analytical methods, and validation.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Execute other assigned tasks.
