Job summary

Responsibilities

• Design and execute experiments to support data generation at pilot/manufacturing scale.
• Lead process improvements and tech transfers with GMP compliance.
• Analyze data and plan follow-up experiments.
• Coordinate with Regulatory, Quality, and Operations teams.
• Establish SOPs and logbooks for troubleshooting and data gathering.
• Present findings to cross-functional teams and management.
