Job summary

Repligen Corporation seeks a QC Inspector I at its Hopkinton, MA facility to perform in-process and final inspections of single-use assemblies. You will apply part labeling per specification and document results with accuracy, supporting continuous improvement and root cause investigations where needed.

The role requires a high school diploma or a two-year technical degree, familiarity with ISO 9001, and proficiency with basic Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or 2-year technical degree or equivalent.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 quality management systems and Good Documentation Practices.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
• Effective communication and collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Inspect in-process and final inspection of single-use assembly parts.
• Approve or reject production materials according to documented processes.
• Label parts according to inventory labeling specification.
• Document inspection results in standard formats and communicate non-conforming material.
• Support root cause investigations for quality issues.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities for the quality program.
