Job Description

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

• Design and execute experiments from lab to manufacturing scale, analyzing data to optimize processes
• Support, guide, and train clients
• Build technical relationships with customers
• Provide market insights to support customer-centric activities
• Develop into a regional bioprocessing expert through collaborations and industry participation
• This role can be adapted for different experience levels.

Your Skills and Expertise

• Bachelor’s or higher in Science or Engineering
• 2+ years in bioprocess development or MSAT in clinical or commercial settings
• 2+ years in customer support or vendor management
• Experience with analytical methods (HPLC, ELISA, PCR, DLS)
• Knowledge of purification processes in biopharma

Additional Qualifications

• PhD in related field
• Experience supporting biopharma processes, including FDA approval
• Knowledge of gene and cell therapy processing
• Strong collaboration and publication record

Work Location & Travel

Remote: Reside in NC, MD, PA, NJ

Travel: Up to 40% domestically, 5% internationally

Compensation & Benefits

Estimated range: $119,076 - $145,537, plus benefits
