Job summary

You will design and maintain experimental setups, document findings, generate relevant IP and publications, and collaborate with Manufacturing, Clinical, Regulatory and QA to verify new technologies and treatment

Qualifications

• Hands-on lab experience designing, building and maintaining experimental setups.
• Proficiency in optical/laser/biophotonics techniques.
• Ability to process large data sets and extract meaningful conclusions.
• Experience with statistical analysis tools (AI experience a plus).
• Ability to translate results into reports and presentations.
• Familiarity with bio-interaction of energy (optical).
• Experience with MathCad, Matlab, databases, data processing, CAD tools.
• Travel 1-5% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Conducts experimental R&D to accelerate development of new products and technologies.
• Designs, builds, and maintains lab capabilities to meet project needs.
• Maintains knowledge of current products and uses it in research.
• Prepares and maintains project documentation; generates IP and publications.
• Interacts with other departments to advance projects.
