The role focuses on large-scale manufacturing of monoclonal antibodies and recombinant proteins, involving upstream cell culture and downstream purification while adhering to strict GMP standards.

You will work with mammalian cell culture processes, purification technologies, and production equipment in a state-of-the-art facility.

Qualifications

• Strong scientific background in cell biology, biochemistry, or bioprocess engineering.
• Hands-on experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Familiarity with GMP standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor mammalian cell culture processes for biologics production.
• Perform downstream purification operations to isolate and purify target proteins.
• Operate and maintain production equipment with proper calibration.
• Follow SOPs and batch records to ensure quality and traceability.
• Perform in-process testing and data analysis to monitor performance.
• Support process troubleshooting and optimization activities.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and environmental standards.
• Maintain detailed production records and documentation.
• Support process validation activities.
