Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years in strategy, project management, or process improvement.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally in a matrix structure and influencing stakeholders.
• Experience diagnosing, isolating, designing, resolving complex issues and implementing strategies.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word with intermediate skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced expertise to leadership and facilitate end-to-end development of key change programs.
• Conduct analyses, gather data, identify issues and recommend approaches to address them.
• Participate in cross-functional change programs and synthesize work across teams.
• Develop executive-level presentations and communicate updates and risks to stakeholders.
