Job summary

EVERSANA Management Consulting (EMC) is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead research, synthesize insights, and independently manage projects for clients in the life sciences sector. You will present findings to clients, contribute to business development, and deliver high-quality communications and analyses.

The role requires strong pharma/biotech domain knowledge, advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion, with travel and 40-hour weeks as standard

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience at a life science consultancy, with experience running projects and consultant-level responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of pharma and biotech industries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate verbal and written information clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Leading targeted secondary research (e.g., desk research, secondary data analysis) with little to no oversight
• Synthesizing research insights to develop client-ready recommendations
• Independently running work streams and/or entire projects, handling day-to-day client-facing responsibilities
• Working closely with senior team members to present findings to clients and assist with business development opportunities
• Developing high-quality client communications and deliverables (e.g., PowerPoint slides, Excel models)
• Communicating verbal and written information in a logical, clear, and concise fashion
• Contributing to the development of the firm’s capabilities and infrastructure
• Demonstrating a commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion
• All other duties as assigned.
• Lead junior team members for project delivery and staff development
• Support the development of a high-performance culture by being a role model
