Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate, and prepare materials for client meetings and site activities.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, track action items, and support follow-ups.
• Maintain site activities calendar and communicate events and trainings.
• Support administrative tasks including filing, records management, and communications.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and materials for leadership updates.
• Coordinate visitor logistics and catering for visits and audits.
• Assist with event planning and employee engagement activities.
