Job summary

BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. seeks a Business Process Manager (BPM) to own end-to-end warehouse and shipping processes within the SAP S/4HANA ecosystem.

The BPM will govern and evolve SAP-enabled processes across both clinical and commercial supply chains in a regulated biopharma environment. The role requires leadership in process design, continuous improvement, change management and governance, with cross-functional collaboration to align operations with global logistics strategies and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or related field.
• 10+ years in biotech/pharmaceutical manufacturing or closely related domains.
• Functional expert in SAP warehouse and shipping processes with 3PL/CMO exposure.
• Experience driving standardization and continuous improvement across warehouse functions.
• Ability to align processes with global logistics strategy and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional expert for SAP Warehouse and Shipping processes, guiding best practices.
• Own end-to-end operating and integration model for 3PL warehouses supporting clinical and commercial.
• Improve SAP-enabled inbound/outbound shipping and warehouse management across sites.
• Coordinate with customer service and logistics to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
• Drive process standardization and continuous improvement across warehouse functions.
• Lead SAP-related projects from conception to realization and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Train end-users on new systems and drive change management initiatives.
