Job summary

CRB is seeking a Project Coordinator I to assist the Project Manager in delivering capital design and construction projects across biopharma, pharma, and advanced technology sectors. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, and vendors to ensure timely, compliant project execution.

The role requires an Associate’s degree or equivalent with at least five years in document and project control, preference for design-firm experience, and strong MS Office/PDF skills.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in relevant field or equivalent; Bachelor's degree a plus.
• Five years of document control and project control experience, preferably in a design firm.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech projects preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and PDF software; ability to use traditional project controls tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in delivering capital design and construction projects in biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, and other advanced technology markets.
• Coordinate with internal and external architects and engineers.
• Interface with clients, construction managers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Handle multiple tasks with strong business and personnel management skills.
