Job summary

CRB is seeking a Project Coordinator I to assist in delivering capital design and construction projects in biopharmaceutical and related markets. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, and vendors, supporting the Project Manager across a range of small to large projects.

Ideal candidates bring an associates degree or equivalent, five years in document and project control, and strong MS Office and PDF tool proficiency.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree a plus.
• Minimum five years of document control and project control experience in a design setting.
• Experience with pharmaceutical/biotech projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in delivering capital design and construction projects.
• Coordinate with internal and external architects and engineers.
• Interface with clients, construction managers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Manage multiple tasks with strong time-management and organizational skills.
