Job summary

CRB is seeking a Project Coordinator I to assist the Project Manager on capital design and construction projects in biopharmaceutical and related markets. The role involves coordinating with internal and external architects/engineers, interfacing with clients, construction managers, subcontractors and vendors.

Location options include Atlanta, GA, Raleigh, NC or Jacksonville, FL. The position requires an associates degree or equivalent experience, with five years in document and project control

Qualifications

• Associates degree in relevant field required, Bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Minimum five years of demonstrated success in document control and project control experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assists the Project Manager in delivery of small- to large-scale capital design and construction projects in biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, and other advanced technology markets.
• Assist with directing and coordinating with internal and external architects and engineers
• Interface with clients, construction managers, subcontractors, and vendors
• Handle multiple tasks and have business and personnel management skills
