Job summary

GSK is recruiting a Facilities Process Technician to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on biopharmaceutical process equipment at our King of Prussia site. You will troubleshoot, repair, and optimize sanitary systems, pumps, valves, and autoclaves while following GMP and safety protocols.

The role requires 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience, comfort with confined spaces, and familiarity with PLC/DCS controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2+ years of experience in maintaining and troubleshooting industrial process equipment.
• GMP or processing experience preferred.
• Ability to work in tight, confined spaces and rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and safely repairs process systems to assure continuous production operations.
• Maintains and repairs sanitary valves, actuators, pumps, seals, centrifuges, autoclaves, and other equipment.
• Familiar with PLCs and DCS and how they interact with process equipment.
• Uses schematics to diagnose electrical control and motor circuits.
• Performs preventive and corrective maintenance; identifies spare parts and required consumables.
• Performs metal fabrication tasks as necessary.
