Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific field required.
1+ year hands-on experience in process development, quality control, or biologics characterization.
Ability to plan analytical work, interpret data, and recommend next steps.
Hands-on experience with analytical biochemistry, chromatography, electrophoresis, or protein characterization.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute analytical studies for cell line and process development.
Select analytical methods and data-analysis approaches within program objectives.
Execute and interpret assays such as HPLC/UPLC, icIEF, plate-based tests, qPCR, pH, osmolality, SDS-PAGE.
Investigate atypical results and recommend next steps.
Troubleshoot method and instrument issues within authority.
Author and revise analytical protocols and investigation docs.
Support method development, qualification, transfer with Analytical Development.
Present conclusions to Process Development and cross-functional teams.
Contribute to continuous improvement of analytical approaches and turnaround time.
