Pace® Labs is seeking a Biopharmaceutical Services Scientist 1 in Oakdale, MN. The role supports analysis and oversight of chemistry/biochemistry programs and may design formulations for early-stage clinical trials.

Requires a bachelor's in chemistry/biochemistry and 2–3 years' relevant experience. Responsibilities include performing advanced analyses with HPLC, GC, LC-MS, and FTIR, and ensuring adherence to SOPs and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry/biochemistry or related field; 2–3 years' experience in specialized programs or operations.
• Experience with analytical instrumentation and testing following SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Provide complex to specialized analysis and interpretation of testing results.
• Train and guide others on analytical tests and instrumentation.
• Develop or participate in chemistry/biochemistry/formulation projects with budgets and timelines.
• Ensure activities comply with SOPs, GLP and GMP standards.
