Job summary

Rentschler Biopharma is seeking a Manufacturing Associate II in Milford, MA to support downstream purification for biologics. You will operate purification steps, document batch data, and ensure GMP compliance in a fast-paced production setting.

The role requires aseptic technique, ability to work in a clean room, and willingness to work a Wed-Sat 4/3 day shift (6a-6:30p). Associates with related biotech experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 1–4 years related experience; biotech certificate preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree with 0–2 years related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to read, follow instructions and write clear records.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment to perform production steps.
• Maintain batch records and data entry with GDP/GMP compliance.
• Troubleshoot process issues and respond to alarms.
• Train team members and participate in cross-department discussions.
• Work in clean room environments with required PPE.
