Job summary

Rentschler Biopharma Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Associate II, Downstream Purification, to join our Milford, MA site. The role focuses on biologics downstream purification, operating processing equipment, and maintaining strict cGMP compliance.

You will contribute to batch records, training, and continuous improvement initiatives. The position requires a background in life sciences with hands-on manufacturing exposure, strong attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced team

Qualifications

High school diploma with 1–4 years of related experience or an associate degree in Life Sciences/Engineering; Biotech Certificate preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences/Engineering with 0–2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

Operate manufacturing process equipment to perform various production steps.
Perform revisions for procedures and ensure aseptic technique in BSC operations.
Monitor batch parameters and record data accurately in computer systems.
Follow GDP/GMP guidelines and complete related paperwork.
Troubleshoot process problems and respond to alarms; support calibration and validation activities.
Assist with training of team members and participate in cross-functional meetings.
