Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking a Director of BioPharma Data Insights & Analytics Partnerships to lead strategic business development and revenue growth through data-driven offerings for biopharma clients.

You will partner across Pharmacy, Analytics, Product, and Commercial teams to monetize data assets and deliver client value. The role requires executive-level relationship building, cross-functional leadership, and deep knowledge of biopharma data workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in product execution and biopharma operations.
Experience building relationships with executives and cross-functional teams.
Expert understanding of biopharma R&D and drug commercialization lifecycles.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and execution of RWE/PRR/Insight Product distribution to biopharma clients.
Coordinate with client contacts to organize project plans and onboarding.
Support senior leadership planning and assess performance and risks.
Establish go-to SME for product operations within Walgreens teams.
Communicate to manage expectations on onboarding timelines and support needs.
Develop metrics and KPIs for performance views to leadership.
